- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People

- Organize and optimize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru service areas
- Hire, schedule, and motivate crew members to meet sales and profit goals
- Delegate tasks, set goals, follow up and report results to the team and other managers
