Job Duties
- lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- manage assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on delegated tasks and report results
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
- oversee sales promotions and organize front counter, McCafe and drive-thru areas
- manage kitchen staff in food quality, safety and production procedures
- hire, train and schedule qualified crew
- recognize and motivate team members throughout their employment
