This job opportunity is provided by an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchisee, which means it operates separately from McDonald's USA. The franchisee licenses McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products but retains full control over employment decisions, staffing, and daily management of the restaurant. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to team and other managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- oversee sales promotions execution
- train service staff in procedures
- organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
- ensure quality, safety, and fast delivery of food
- control food cost
- train kitchen staff in production, including new menu items
- hire qualified crew, train and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members
