Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • Manage department systems such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow-up, and report to team and managers
  • Ensure great customer experience in Guest Service including sales promotions and staff training
  • Oversee food quality, safety, and production in Kitchen department
  • Control food costs and train kitchen staff on procedures and new menu items
  • Manage hiring, training, and scheduling crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • Motivate and recognize crew to maintain a positive workplace culture
