Job Description

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams and other managers
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Train service staff in service procedures and organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
  • Maintain food quality, safety, and production efficiency
  • Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and motivation of crew to meet sales and profit goals
