Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams and other managers
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences
- Train service staff in service procedures and organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
- Maintain food quality, safety, and production efficiency
- Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and motivation of crew to meet sales and profit goals
