Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • capability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
  • strong customer service orientation
  • basic knowledge of food safety and inventory management
  • ability to train and motivate staff
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
  • set goals and delegate tasks to teams
  • follow up and report results to other managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
  • oversee sales promotions execution
  • organize front counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
  • ensure kitchen delivers quality food safely and controls food cost
  • train staff on production procedures and new menu items
  • recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • recognize and motivate team members throughout their tenure
