- previous managerial experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service orientation
- basic knowledge of food safety and inventory management

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
- set goals and delegate tasks to teams
- follow up and report results to other managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer service
- oversee sales promotions execution
- organize front counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- ensure kitchen delivers quality food safely and controls food cost
- train staff on production procedures and new menu items
- recruit, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
- recognize and motivate team members throughout their tenure
