The Department Manager role is essential to the smooth operation of our restaurants, with responsibilities that may vary by department but always center on delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring operational standards are met, and leading teams to success. Managers are expected to lead shifts, oversee training, uphold food safety standards, manage inventory, and drive performance to meet sales and profit goals. Specific departmental roles include Guest Service Department Manager, who focuses on front-of-house service and promotional execution; Kitchen Department Manager, who ensures food quality and safety while controlling costs; and People Department Manager, who drives recruitment, training, and motivation of team members. This role is ideal for candidates with previous managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality settings, who thrive in a fast-paced work environment and are excited to develop their leadership skills through comprehensive management training programs.

Job Duties
