Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • flexible scheduling availability including weekends and holidays
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • P.O.S. and Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • ability to maintain high industry standards in quality and service

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments preferred
  • ability to teach and train team members effectively
  • excellent time management skills
  • proficiency with P.O.S. systems and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • strong people skills with a focus on coaching and development
  • high standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and value
  • excellent communication skills both professional and friendly
  • commitment to continuous improvement
  • flexible schedule including availability on weekdays, nights, and weekends

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departments such as training, food safety, or inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report results to peers and upper management
  • ensure crew and managers are trained in service procedures
  • maintain organization of front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
  • oversee food quality, safety, and production procedures
