Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- previous managerial experience preferred
- flexible scheduling availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- P.O.S. and Microsoft Office skills including Word and Excel
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to maintain high industry standards in quality and service
Job Qualifications
- previous managerial experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments preferred
- ability to teach and train team members effectively
- excellent time management skills
- proficiency with P.O.S. systems and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- strong people skills with a focus on coaching and development
- high standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and value
- excellent communication skills both professional and friendly
- commitment to continuous improvement
- flexible schedule including availability on weekdays, nights, and weekends
Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments such as training, food safety, or inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to peers and upper management
- ensure crew and managers are trained in service procedures
- maintain organization of front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
- oversee food quality, safety, and production procedures
