Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- flexible schedule availability
- ability to work in a high energy, team-oriented environment
- basic understanding of customer service and food safety practices
- commitment to delivering quality guest experience
Job Qualifications
- previous managerial experience preferred
- experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment beneficial
- positive team player
- strong leadership and coaching skills

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- manage assigned departments like guest service, kitchen, or people
- oversee systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- ensure all staff are appropriately trained
- monitor food quality, safety, and cost control in kitchen
- organize and maintain front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru service areas
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew performance
