This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise. Unlike McDonald's USA, which is a corporation that owns and operates many of its restaurants, this particular McDonald's restaurant is owned by a franchisee who has a separate business entity and serves as the employer for all staff at this location. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • train staff on service, production, and safety procedures
  • monitor and report performance results
  • control food cost and ensure food safety protocols
  • schedule and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
