Unlike McDonald's USA, which is a corporation that owns and operates many of its restaurants, this particular McDonald's restaurant is owned by a franchisee who has a separate business entity and serves as the employer for all staff at this location. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- train staff on service, production, and safety procedures
- monitor and report performance results
- control food cost and ensure food safety protocols
- schedule and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
