Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- ability to manage shifts and lead teams
- prior experience preferred but not mandatory
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to uphold food safety and quality standards
- capability to motivate and develop staff
Job Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks
- follow up and report results to team and other managers
- ensure crew deliver excellent customer experience in guest service department
- oversee food quality, safety, and production in kitchen department
- recruit, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
