Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • ability to manage shifts and lead teams
  • prior experience preferred but not mandatory
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • commitment to uphold food safety and quality standards
  • capability to motivate and develop staff

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set departmental goals and delegate tasks
  • follow up and report results to team and other managers
  • ensure crew deliver excellent customer experience in guest service department
  • oversee food quality, safety, and production in kitchen department
  • recruit, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
