Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to other managers
- ensure Guest Service department delivers excellent customer experience
- organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru for optimal service
- oversee Kitchen department to maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
- train kitchen staff on production procedures
- manage People department to hire qualified crew, provide training, and create schedules that meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members
