This job opportunity is offered at a restaurant that operates under the McDonald's brand but is independently owned and managed by a franchisee. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's trademarks, logos, and food products while running the restaurant as a separate legal entity from McDonald's USA. Therefore, any employment relationship, including hiring, firing, supervision, discipline, staffing, and scheduling, is exclusively managed by the franchisee and not by McDonald's USA. Candidates applying for this role will be employed by the franchisee, which is solely responsible for all employment matters and decisions.
