This job opportunity is offered at a restaurant that operates under the McDonald's brand but is independently owned and managed by a franchisee. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald's trademarks, logos, and food products while running the restaurant as a separate legal entity from McDonald's USA. Therefore, any employment relationship, including hiring, firing, supervision, discipline, staffing, and scheduling, is exclusively managed by the franchisee and not by McDonald's USA. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be 18 years or older
- previous supervisory or managerial experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- commitment to customer service excellence
- ability to handle fast paced work environment
Job Qualifications
- previous managerial experience preferred ideally within restaurant retail or hospitality environment
- positive team player with flexible schedule

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week making sure customers get fast accurate friendly service
- manage assigned systems such as training food safety and inventory management
- set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
- ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience
- train service staff and organize front counter mccafe and drive-thru areas for best service
- oversee food quality safety and cost control in the kitchen
- hire train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members
