This job opportunity is with a restaurant that is part of the McDonald's franchise system but is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, separate and distinct from McDonald's USA. This independent franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products, but they manage the business operations, hiring, and employment decisions autonomously. This distinction means that if you are hired, you will be employed by the franchisee and not directly by McDonald's USA. Employment matters such as hiring, firing, scheduling, supervision, and disciplinary actions are handled solely by the franchisee, without involvement from McDonald's USA.

Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on operational outcomes and report to team and managers
- oversee customer service delivery and sales promotions
- train staff in service and production procedures
- organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas for optimal service
