This job opportunity is with a restaurant that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products to run the restaurant, but operates as a completely separate company and employer from McDonald’s USA. Employment matters at this restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled solely by the franchisee, with no involvement from McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate and friendly customer service
  • Manage specific departments including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Follow up and report results to team and other managers
  • Ensure staff deliver excellent customer experience and service
  • Organize Front Counter, McCafe and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
  • Oversee food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Hire, train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • Motivate and recognize crew to maintain engagement and performance
