This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchisee. Unlike positions directly under McDonald's USA, this franchisee operates as a separate company that holds a license to use McDonald's branding, logos, and food products. This autonomy means the franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related decisions including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, disciplinary actions, and supervision of employees. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Previous leadership or managerial experience preferred
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to comply with food safety and quality standards
  • Good communication and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environments ideal

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Manage specific departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • Oversee training and development of restaurant staff
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
  • Control food costs and manage inventory
  • Schedule employees to meet sales and profit goals
  • Motivate and recognize crew members to foster a positive work environment
