Job Description

This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchise is managed by a separate company that holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates independently. Employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are fully controlled and managed by the franchise owner, making them the direct employer for all staff at this location. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • prior management experience preferred
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • experience in customer service roles
  • effective communication skills
  • ability to handle fast-paced work environment
  • willingness to work flexible hours

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned restaurant systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
  • set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
  • ensure guest service staff deliver excellent customer experiences and properly execute sales promotions
  • oversee kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training
  • recruit, train, schedule, and motivate crew members to meet sales and profit goals
