Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchise is managed by a separate company that holds a license to use McDonald's logos and food products but operates independently. Employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are fully controlled and managed by the franchise owner, making them the direct employer for all staff at this location. McDonald's USA does not participate in employment decisions such as interviews or hiring for this franchise.
