Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
- Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to teams
- Oversee guest service department including staff training and organization of front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru
- Manage kitchen department ensuring food quality, safety, and cost control
- Lead people department hiring, training, and scheduling staff
- Motivate crew and recognize performance throughout employment
