Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Prior management experience preferred
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
  • Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to teams
  • Oversee guest service department including staff training and organization of front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru
  • Manage kitchen department ensuring food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Lead people department hiring, training, and scheduling staff
  • Motivate crew and recognize performance throughout employment
