Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • Manage assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
  • Oversee guest service operations including sales promotions and service staff training
  • Ensure kitchen quality, safety, and food cost control
  • Recruit, train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • Recognize and motivate employees to foster a positive work environment
