The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, branding, and food products but operates as a distinct business entity. Employment matters, including hiring, firing, supervision, staffing, and scheduling, are managed solely by the franchisee. McDonald's USA has no involvement or control over employment decisions or personnel management at this restaurant. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set departmental goals and delegate tasks
  • follow up and report results to team and other managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • oversee sales promotions and service staff training
  • organize front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru areas
  • ensure high-quality, safe food production and control food costs
  • train kitchen staff on production procedures including new menu items
  • manage hiring, training, and scheduling of crew
  • motivate and recognize team members
