Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience managing teams in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting preferred
- strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 18 years or older

Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory control
- set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up with teams and other managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service and maintain organized front counter, drive-thru, and McCafé areas
- supervise kitchen staff to ensure food quality, safety, and cost control
- hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew to enhance team performance and retention
