Job Description

This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee functions as a separate company and employer, licensed to use McDonald's branding and food products. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, supervision, scheduling, and discipline. This independence means that while the restaurant operates under the McDonald's banner, all employment decisions and management come directly from the franchisee organization rather than McDonald's USA.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage specific departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Train and coach crew and managers in service, food safety, production, and other operational procedures
  • Maintain quality food standards and control food costs
  • Ensure proper scheduling and staffing to meet sales and profit goals
  • Report results and follow up with team and management
