This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's restaurant franchise. Unlike McDonald's USA, this franchisee functions as a separate company and employer, licensed to use McDonald's branding and food products. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, supervision, scheduling, and discipline. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage specific departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
- Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Train and coach crew and managers in service, food safety, production, and other operational procedures
- Maintain quality food standards and control food costs
- Ensure proper scheduling and staffing to meet sales and profit goals
- Report results and follow up with team and management
