Job Requirements

  • Lead weekly shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage systems including training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Set goals and delegate tasks effectively
  • Oversee guest service areas including Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru
  • Maintain kitchen food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Train kitchen and service staff on procedures
  • Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit targets
  • Provide motivation and recognition to team members
  • Flexible schedule and positive team-player attitude preferred

Job Qualifications

  • McDonald's Department Manager Capstone or higher certification required
  • Associate degree highly recommended
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality management preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to train and develop teams
  • Knowledge of food safety and inventory management systems

Job Duties

  • Lead weekly shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on team performance
  • Report results to team members and other managers
  • Oversee guest service operations to ensure excellent customer experiences and organized service areas
  • Ensure kitchen operations deliver quality food promptly, maintain food safety, control food costs, and train kitchen staff on production procedures
  • Manage recruitment, training, and scheduling of crew to meet sales and profit goals while motivating and recognizing staff
