Unlike McDonald’s USA corporate, this franchisee operates as a separate company and employer and independently manages all employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, and staffing. If hired, you will be employed directly by this franchisee and not by McDonald’s USA. Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results
- ensure crews and managers deliver great customer experiences in front counter, McCafe and drive-thru areas
- oversee kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control and staff training
- recruit, train and schedule crew members to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew through effective people management
