This job opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s branding and food products. While the restaurant carries the McDonald’s name and logo, it is important to note that it is not directly managed by McDonald’s USA. The franchisee operates as a standalone business and is solely responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have previous managerial experience preferred
- Be willing to work flexible schedules
- Possess strong leadership capabilities
- Ability to deliver and oversee customer service standards
- Knowledge of food safety and inventory management is beneficial

Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
- Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People Management
- Delegate tasks and set goals for the team
- Provide coaching and direction to crew and managers
- Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Oversee scheduling, hiring, and training of staff
- Monitor inventory and control food costs
