- Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage specific departments such as Training, Food Safety, or Inventory Management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Provide coaching and direction to staff
- Monitor performance and report results
- Ensure quality food preparation and safety standards
- Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and motivation of crew
- Maintain organized front counter, McCafé, and drive-thru operations
