Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team and managers
- Ensure Crew and Managers deliver excellent customer experience and sales promotions are executed properly
- Organize and maintain Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru service areas
- Oversee kitchen operations to maintain food quality, safety, and cost controls
- Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals, motivate and recognize employees
