Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team and managers
  • Ensure Crew and Managers deliver excellent customer experience and sales promotions are executed properly
  • Organize and maintain Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru service areas
  • Oversee kitchen operations to maintain food quality, safety, and cost controls
  • Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals, motivate and recognize employees
