This job opportunity is at a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. This franchisee is entirely separate from McDonald’s USA, meaning that if you are hired, your employer will be the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory management
  • set departmental goals and delegate tasks to teams
  • follow up and report results to managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
  • oversee kitchen operations including quality, safety, and food cost control
  • hire, train and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
