Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory management
- set departmental goals and delegate tasks to teams
- follow up and report results to managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experience
- oversee kitchen operations including quality, safety, and food cost control
- hire, train and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
