This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise restaurant. While the franchisee has a license to use McDonald's brand, logos, and food products, they are a separate business entity from McDonald's USA and operate independently. Employment decisions, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and employee management, are handled solely by the franchisee. The franchisee is your true employer for this position. McDonald's USA plays no role in employment decisions or applications for this specific restaurant job.

Job Duties

  • Oversee sales promotions and organize service areas such as Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru
  • Manage kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training
