This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise restaurant. While the franchisee has a license to use McDonald's brand, logos, and food products, they are a separate business entity from McDonald's USA and operate independently. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments advantageous

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
  • Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers
  • Ensure crew and managers deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Oversee sales promotions and organize service areas such as Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru
  • Manage kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training
  • Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
