Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong organizational skills
- Availability for flexible scheduling

- Understanding of food safety and inventory principles
Job Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments advantageous

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers
- Ensure crew and managers deliver exceptional customer experience
- Oversee sales promotions and organize service areas such as Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru
- Manage kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost control, and staff training
- Hire, train, schedule, and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
