Job Duties
- lead shifts and ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management

- oversee guest service department ensuring excellent customer experience and organized front counter and drive-thru areas
- supervise kitchen department focusing on food quality, safety, and cost control
- manage people department overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
