This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, food products, and branding, but operates as a separate entity responsible for all employment matters. This means decisions regarding hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and employee management rest solely with the franchisee, ensuring a distinct employer-employee relationship separate from McDonald's corporate operations.

Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • previous managerial experience preferred

  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality
  • positive team player with flexible schedule
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • ability to manage multiple systems and delegate tasks
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • minimum age of 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up and report results to team and other managers
  • oversee guest service to maintain a great customer experience and organize front counter and drive-thru areas
  • ensure kitchen delivers quality food quickly and safely while controlling food costs
  • train crew in production and service procedures
  • hire, train, schedule and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
