This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, food products, and branding, but operates as a separate entity responsible for all employment matters. This means decisions regarding hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and employee management rest solely with the franchisee, ensuring a distinct employer-employee relationship separate from McDonald's corporate operations.

Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- previous managerial experience preferred

Job Duties
- lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up and report results to team and other managers
- oversee guest service to maintain a great customer experience and organize front counter and drive-thru areas
- ensure kitchen delivers quality food quickly and safely while controlling food costs
- train crew in production and service procedures
- hire, train, schedule and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals
