Job Description

This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant that operates under a McDonald’s license but is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, separate and distinct from McDonald’s USA. This franchisee holds the rights to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and products within the restaurant, however, all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee and not McDonald’s corporate. McDonald’s USA plays no role in the employment decisions for this position or the operation of the franchisee’s business. The franchisee alone is responsible for all employment-related policies and decisions.

Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • prior management experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment preferred

  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • manage specific departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People
  • train and supervise crew and managers in service or production procedures
  • oversee sales promotions and service area organization
  • ensure quality, safety, and food cost control in kitchen operations
  • hire, train and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize team members
