This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant that operates under a McDonald’s license but is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, separate and distinct from McDonald’s USA. This franchisee holds the rights to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and products within the restaurant, however, all employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee and not McDonald’s corporate. McDonald’s USA plays no role in the employment decisions for this position or the operation of the franchisee’s business. The franchisee alone is responsible for all employment-related policies and decisions.

As a Department Manager, you will lead shifts and responsibilities weekly to ensure that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly dining experience every time they visit.
