Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a fast food or restaurant environment preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- commitment to maintaining high customer service standards
- willingness to follow safety and hygiene regulations

Job Duties

- manage assigned systems such as training food safety and inventory management
- set department goals delegate tasks and follow up
- report results to team and other managers
- ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience
- oversee sales promotions execution
- train service staff in procedures
- organize Front Counter McCafe and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- ensure delivery of quality food food safety and cost control
- train kitchen staff on production and new menu items
- hire qualified crew train and schedule employees to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members
