Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a fast food or restaurant environment preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • willingness to follow safety and hygiene regulations

Job Duties

  • set department goals delegate tasks and follow up
  • report results to team and other managers
  • ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience
  • oversee sales promotions execution
  • train service staff in procedures
  • organize Front Counter McCafe and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
  • ensure delivery of quality food food safety and cost control
  • train kitchen staff on production and new menu items
  • hire qualified crew train and schedule employees to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew members
