This job opportunity is with a restaurant franchisee that is independently owned and operated, utilizing the McDonald's brand and products under license but entirely separate from McDonald's USA. This franchisee holds the legal rights to use McDonald's branding, food menu, and operational standards while independently managing all employment and operational decisions. It's important to note that this job is not with McDonald's USA corporate offices but specifically with the franchisee running the local restaurant. This means all hiring, staffing, discipline, and scheduling decisions are controlled by the franchisee, and McDonald's USA has no involvement or oversight in these employment matters.Show More

Job Requirements

  • minimum age 18 years

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast accurate friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems like training food safety and inventory
  • set goals delegate tasks follow up and report results
  • ensure sales promotions are executed properly in guest service
  • oversee kitchen food quality safety food cost and staff training
  • manage hiring training scheduling and motivation of crew
  • coach teams and develop leadership skills
