Job Duties
- manage training food safety and inventory management systems
- set goals and delegate tasks to teams
- follow up and report results to team and other managers
- ensure high quality food delivery and food safety in kitchen
- control food cost and train kitchen staff in production procedures
- hire qualified crew train them and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and engage employees through recognition
- ensure memorable customer experience and proper execution of sales promotions
- train service staff and organize front counter McCafe and drive-thru for best service
