The franchisee holds the license to utilize McDonald’s iconic logos and food products but operates as a distinct entity responsible for all employment aspects, including hiring, firing, supervision, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA plays no role in employment decisions or application processing.

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week
