The franchisee holds the license to utilize McDonald’s iconic logos and food products but operates as a distinct entity responsible for all employment aspects, including hiring, firing, supervision, and scheduling. - At least 18 years of age
- previous managerial experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week
- ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- report results to management
- oversee Guest Service department including front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru operations
- ensure kitchen quality, food safety, and cost control
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize team members
