This job opportunity is with a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the license to utilize McDonald’s iconic logos and food products but operates as a distinct entity responsible for all employment aspects, including hiring, firing, supervision, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • previous managerial experience preferred
  • capable of working flexible hours
  • ability to lead and motivate teams
  • sound understanding of restaurant operations
  • strong organizational skills
  • ability to communicate effectively

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week
  • ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • report results to management
  • oversee Guest Service department including front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru operations
  • ensure kitchen quality, food safety, and cost control
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize team members
