Job Description

This restaurant is independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use the McDonald's brand, logos, and food products. While the franchisee operates under the McDonald's banner, it is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds full responsibility for all employment matters, including decisions related to hiring, firing, supervision, discipline, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA does not influence or control any of these employment aspects and will not be involved in processing employment applications or decisions. This distinction ensures the franchisee maintains its autonomy in managing the restaurant's operations and team.

The role available is for a Department Manager who will have the unique opportunity to lead shifts, inspire teams, and help run a fast-paced, customer-focused restaurant environment. Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experience
  • manage assigned systems such as training food safety inventory management
  • set goals delegate tasks and report results
  • ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience and sales promotions are executed well
  • organize front counter McCafe and drive-thru areas for optimal service
  • deliver great quality food quickly ensure food safety and control food costs
  • hire train and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • recognize and motivate crew throughout their time at the restaurant
