Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous managerial experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- Manage assigned departments such as Guest Service, Kitchen, or People Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- Ensure training of crew and managers in service, production, and safety procedures
- Oversee food safety, quality control, and inventory management
- Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and motivation of crew members
- Maintain organized front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru operations for optimal service
