The franchisee is solely responsible for employment matters including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA maintains no control or involvement in the employment decisions at this restaurant. This ensures that the franchise operates with its own management and employment policies while maintaining the McDonald’s brand experience.
The position available is for a Department Manager in a McDonald’s corporate-owned store, offering a competitive pay starting at $22 per hour along with flexible scheduling options.
