Job Duties

  • Lead weekly shifts ensuring fast, accurate and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned departments like Training, Food Safety, or Inventory Management
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • Follow up on assigned tasks and report results
  • Oversee Guest Service ensuring proper training and sales promotion execution
  • Ensure Kitchen delivers quality food, controls food costs, and trains staff
  • Manage People Department activities including hiring, training and scheduling crew
