Job Duties
- Lead weekly shifts ensuring fast, accurate and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments like Training, Food Safety, or Inventory Management
- Set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- Follow up on assigned tasks and report results
- Oversee Guest Service ensuring proper training and sales promotion execution
- Ensure Kitchen delivers quality food, controls food costs, and trains staff
- Manage People Department activities including hiring, training and scheduling crew
