Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environments valued

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, or Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and management
  • Oversee Guest Service Department ensuring great customer experience and organized front counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas
  • Manage Kitchen Department focusing on food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Lead People Department with hiring, training, staff scheduling, and employee motivation
  • Provide coaching and leadership to crew and managers
