Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, or Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and management
- Oversee Guest Service Department ensuring great customer experience and organized front counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas
- Manage Kitchen Department focusing on food quality, safety, and cost control
- Lead People Department with hiring, training, staff scheduling, and employee motivation
- Provide coaching and leadership to crew and managers
