Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on tasks and report results
- ensure sales promotions are executed effectively
- train service staff in customer service procedures
- organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal operation
- maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
- train kitchen staff on production and new menu items
- recruit, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize employees to foster retention and performance
