Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up on tasks and report results
  • ensure sales promotions are executed effectively
  • train service staff in customer service procedures
  • organize front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas for optimal operation
  • maintain food quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
  • train kitchen staff on production and new menu items
  • recruit, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize employees to foster retention and performance
