Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- Manage and delegate tasks in departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Oversee Guest Service Department ensuring excellent customer experience and well-organized service areas
- Manage Quality Department to ensure food safety, quality, cost control, and proper staff training
- Supervise People Department with responsibilities for hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew
- Set goals, follow up on team performance, and report results to other managers
- Maintain a positive work environment and develop leadership skills within the team
