This particular opportunity is for a managerial role at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Managers play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant while maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The position offers up to $20.00 per hour based on location and experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package including college tuition assistance and career advancement opportunities.

As a manager, you will lead shifts and ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service on every visit. From supervising teams to managing departments that handle training, food safety, inventory, guest services, quality control, and people management, you will have a key responsibility in driving the restaurant's success. Your role will include setting goals, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and maintaining effective communication with your team and other managers.

The role demands dynamic leadership and the ability to motivate and develop team members while creating a positive work environment. You will oversee the Guest Service Department to ensure crew members and managers deliver an excellent customer experience, maintain well-organized front counter and drive-thru areas, and execute sales promotions effectively. Ensuring food quality by managing the Quality Department is essential, which includes verifying all staff adhere to production procedures and maintaining food safety and cost controls.

Managing the People Department, you will be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and motivating crew members. This extends to overseeing onboarding processes, recognizing achievements, and fostering team morale throughout employees' tenure.

Candidates preferably have previous managerial experience, ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors, and possess a passion for working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and willing to maintain an open availability schedule when acting as Department Leaders.
