The available role is a full-time position requiring 30-40 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays with flexible schedule availability to open or close the store. This position is essential to maintaining the operational efficiency and customer satisfaction within the retail store. The role involves ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained in response to store capacity, promotions, customer demands, and seasonal merchandise. The employee is responsible for completing daily orders, optimizing sales through superior customer service, maintaining product freshness and stock levels, and conducting daily date checks.
In this position, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to demonstrate leadership by training, motivating, and developing staff to uphold company standards. The individual will ensure that attractive presentation and pricing standards are consistently met across assigned areas, utilizing computer systems as necessary. Responsibilities also include stocking shelves, setting up displays, handling merchandise and sales transactions, and performing cleaning duties to uphold store cleanliness.
When required, the role will involve opening and closing the retail store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, including performing Manager on Duty functions. The role also demands promoting and embodying company cultural beliefs, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers by adhering to all safety policies and promptly addressing safety issues. Flexibility and willingness to assist with additional duties assigned by management are critical to success in this role.

Job Requirements
- Three years experience in a retail setting restaurant or customer service environment
- Supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Must possess the ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends
- Must possess and demonstrate competency and proficiency with computer use word processing email and internet software
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Ensure proper inventory levels based on store capacity promotions customer requests and seasonal merchandise in all assigned areas to maximize sales
- Complete all daily orders
- Maximize departmental sales by driving and maintaining superior customer service freshness and in stocks
- Ensure a daily date check is executed
- Train motivate and develop staff to execute the same standards
- Ensure appealing presentation and pricing standards are maintained in assigned areas
- Utilize computer as needed
- Stock shelves set up displays ring up merchandise and sales and perform cleaning duties as needed
- Open and close the store in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager
- Perform Manager on Duty functions as needed
- Role model and promote our cultural beliefs
- Ensure that the facility is well maintained and a safe environment for staff and customers by following safety policies and practices at all times
- Correct safety issues and notify store management of any unresolved issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by Store Management
