Job Description
Angel Dentistry is a well-established dental practice located in Phoenix, AZ, serving the North Phoenix community for over 20 years. Known for its focus on quality dental care and genuine compassion, Angel Dentistry thrives on fostering long-term relationships with patients and staff alike. Unlike corporate dental offices, Angel Dentistry offers a supportive and family-oriented environment that prioritizes patient care and positive energy. This approach ensures a welcoming atmosphere where both patients and team members feel valued and respected. The practice’s commitment to quality care and patient experience has made it a trusted healthcare partner in the community. Angel Dentistry is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Front Office Coordinator to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time position with a competitive hourly wage ranging from $23 to $25, based on experience. The ideal candidate will play a critical role as the heart of the patient experience, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This role demands excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a friendly, professional demeanor. The Front Office Coordinator will handle a wide array of responsibilities including greeting patients, managing appointment scheduling, handling patient records, and supporting the clinical team. The position requires a minimum of one year of dental front office experience, with strong communication and customer service skills being essential. Familiarity with dental software, particularly Dentrix, is a major plus, as is knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination. The working schedule is Monday and Wednesday from 8:15 AM to 6:15 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:15 AM to 4:15 PM, with no accommodations for other hours. Beyond administrative duties, the Front Office Coordinator acts as the face of the practice, contributing to the creation of a positive and efficient environment that enhances the patient journey from check-in to check-out. Responsibilities include verifying insurance and demographic information, collecting payments, presenting financial arrangements, and maintaining detailed patient records. The role also involves proactive communication to confirm appointments and optimize scheduling to reduce downtime for doctors and hygienists. Angel Dentistry offers a comprehensive benefits package including paid holidays, paid time off, dental benefits, retirement plans, and opportunities for continuing education and professional growth. The work environment emphasizes support, teamwork, and a family-oriented culture, making it an excellent choice for professionals seeking a rewarding career in dental office administration. Candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working collaboratively in a fast-paced setting will thrive in this role. Angel Dentistry is eager to welcome a new team member who shares their values of compassion and exceptional patient care. If you possess a passion for helping people and maintaining an organized, efficient front office, this could be your next long-term opportunity. Interested applicants are encouraged to submit their resumes or contact Angel Dentistry directly for more details.
