Job Description
Our small dental practice is committed to providing exceptional care and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients. Located in a friendly community, we pride ourselves on delivering personalized dental services with a professional and compassionate approach. Our team is dedicated to maintaining a smooth and efficient clinic operation, prioritizing patient comfort and satisfaction. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are looking to temporarily expand our team with the addition of a detail-oriented Temporary Dental Receptionist. This role is fundamental as the first point of contact for patients and a key player in our front desk support system. We operate from Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and the position runs from November 9, 2026, to December 10, 2026, with a brief training period scheduled for the week prior. This role represents a valuable opportunity for those eager to gain hands-on experience in dental office management within a supportive and well-established practice environment. The Temporary Dental Receptionist will be entrusted with managing appointment scheduling, verifying insurance details, and handling patient inquiries with professionalism and care. Beyond that, the candidate will play an essential role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patients, which is vital to our practice's reputation and patient retention. If you are looking to contribute meaningfully to a dental practice while enhancing your professional skills during this temporary period, this position is designed for you. Joining our dedicated dental team will allow you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the daily operations within a dental office, furthering your expertise in patient interaction, administrative tasks, and effective communication. This temporary role is perfect for individuals who are organized, personable, and eager to support a small yet dynamic dental team.
