Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Availability to work full-time

  • Prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred but not required

  • Greet and welcome patients warmly as the first point of contact
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-in and check-out processes
  • Handle patient inquiries via phone and in-person professionally and timely
  • Coordinate communication between clinical team and patients
