Job Description
Champagne Pediatric Dentistry - South Reno is a distinguished stand-alone pediatric dental practice nestled in the vibrant communities of Reno and Sparks, Nevada. As part of a well-established network of general and specialty dental offices, we are dedicated to providing top-tier dental care specifically tailored to infants, children, and adolescents. Our practice focuses not only on treating children's dental issues but also on fostering a friendly and comforting atmosphere, ensuring that young patients and their families feel at ease during every visit. We pride ourselves on combining advanced technology with a compassionate approach to pediatric dental care, making us a trusted choice in the region.
We are currently seeking a motivated, compassionate, and quality-driven full-time Pediatric Dentist to join our exceptional team. This role offers a unique opportunity to become part of a renowned network of dental professionals, offering the best in pediatric dentistry while maintaining clinical control over treatment planning and execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with a supportive team including three dedicated Dental Assistants, two Patient Care Coordinators, and a Practice Manager, ensuring an efficient and patient-centered environment. Our facility uses cutting-edge clinical technology and Carestack software for seamless charting and treatment planning, which enables our professionals to provide precise and effective care.
This position features a competitive compensation package ranging from $240,000 to $350,000 annually, with a $1,250 daily guarantee for the first six months. We emphasize work-life balance by offering a flexible schedule tailored to accommodate the dentist's lifestyle. Beyond financial remuneration, we support the professional growth of our clinicians through continued education opportunities via Spear Education, as well as by covering bi-annual state licensing fees and professional liability insurance. Benefits also include comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, along with a retirement plan that includes 401(k) and IRA options.
There is a pathway to future partnership within the practice for qualifying candidates, demonstrating our commitment to long-term career development and collaborative success. Champagne Pediatric Dentistry values a culture that truly appreciates its employees and promotes a rewarding professional experience. If you are a dedicated dental professional eager to deliver outstanding pediatric dental care in a nurturing and technologically advanced environment, we invite you to consider this exciting opportunity to grow your career with us.
