Job Description

Our practice is a friendly and patient-focused pediatric dental office dedicated to providing exceptional dental care for children in a welcoming and comfortable environment. We understand that visiting the dentist can be a new and sometimes intimidating experience for young patients and their families. Therefore, our team is committed to creating positive and memorable visits by fostering a warm and supportive atmosphere. Our office prides itself on being a community-centered practice where children and their families feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. We offer comprehensive pediatric dental services, tailored specifically to meet the unique oral health needs of children at every developmental stage. With a focus on preventive care, education, and personalized treatment plans, we aim to encourage lifelong healthy habits starting in childhood.

This role is essential in ensuring a smooth patient experience from the initial appointment scheduling to the final check-out process. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with children and families, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for patients, families, and providers, the receptionist will play a key role in representing the warmth and professionalism of our practice. Responsibilities include greeting patients and families with a friendly demeanor, managing phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and processing payments efficiently. The receptionist will also maintain organized and accurate patient records and provide administrative support to the dental team. This position demands strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a patient-first approach when engaging with children and their families. Experience with dental software, particularly Dentrix, is highly desirable but not mandatory. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about pediatric healthcare and eager to contribute to a positive patient experience in a rewarding and supportive work environment.
