We are a reputable dental practice dedicated to providing high-quality dental care and exceptional patient experiences. Our team is composed of skilled professionals committed to creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every patient. As a well-established dental office, we pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency to ensure that both patients and staff alike enjoy a positive and productive experience. Our practice is located in a convenient area and equipped with modern technology to support our mission of delivering comprehensive dental care.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Front Desk Receptionist to become a vital member of our dental team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $23 to $26 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience, as well as benefits including up to 12 days of vacation per year. This role represents an exceptional opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients, setting the tone for their entire visit through friendly and professional interaction. The role involves managing a variety of administrative duties essential to the smooth and efficient operation of the practice. You will greet patients and visitors, answer incoming phone calls, respond promptly to emails and inquiries, and handle scheduling responsibilities, including coordinating, confirming, and following up on patient appointments. Additionally, the receptionist will ensure accurate patient check-in and check-out processes and maintain detailed patient records to aid our healthcare professionals in delivering optimal care.

Other important responsibilities involve verifying patient insurance information, assisting with benefit coordination, and handling co-pays and payments in a timely and precise manner. The receptionist will also manage patient charts, monitor documentation completeness, and collaborate closely with dentists, hygienists, and other team members to ensure seamless communication and an excellent patient experience. The practice values a clean, organized, and professional reception area and expects the receptionist to help maintain this environment.

This position is ideal for someone who has at least one year of previous experience working as a dental receptionist or administrative role within a dental office setting. Being detail-oriented, efficient, and empathetic towards patients’ needs is critical to success in this position. The dental receptionist will also perform general clerical and administrative tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.

Applications are reviewed promptly, and the hiring process is designed to be straightforward, including application submission, interview scheduling, an interview, and a job offer. We also offer a unique incentive in the form of a Jobley Bonus of $75 upon successful hiring through the Jobley platform. We understand that changing jobs can sometimes be challenging, so scheduling flexibility can be discussed to accommodate applicants’ needs. Join our professional and caring dental team where every day brings a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in people’s oral health and well-being.
