High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service experience

1+ years of customer service experience
1+ years of experience in a dental or medical office setting
excellent communication and customer service skills
reliable organized and detail-oriented
experience with dental practice management software
proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office applications
knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

Job Duties

Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming professional environment
schedule and confirm appointments and manage provider calendars
answer phone calls respond to patient inquiries and manage communication
verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
process payments handle billing and maintain accurate financial records
maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
